  • Journeyperson Certification (Agricultural Equipment Technician, Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician, or equivalent Red Seal designation)
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A customer-first attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience with agricultural equipment is an asset
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Work with the Service Manager to schedule and manage service calls in your area of responsibility
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems on agricultural equipment
  • Promote proactive maintenance and repairs
  • Accurately and efficiently repair and document all work performed on equipment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear communication and efficient service
  • Actively support and promote initiatives aligned with our company Health and Safety Policy
