- Prepare, review, and make adjustments to client invoices in coordination with lawyers.
- Address accounts receivable inquiries and provide prompt assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to facilitate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records by processing billing and performing account reconciliations.
- Utilize accounting software and tools like Microsoft Excel to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Conduct data entry tasks with precision to uphold data integrity.
- Support the department by undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory, including strong written, spoken, and comprehension skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, including Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration.
