For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in the United States or CanadaAbout the opportunityThe Coupa Analyst manages, supports, and optimizes the Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform to ensure effective procurement operations and system compliance. This role serves as a technical expert and primary point of contact for Coupa configuration, user support, data integration, and reporting, driving platform adoption, ensuring compliance, and aligning system capabilities with business objectives.What you'll get to doPlatform Administration & Configuration
  • Serve as the primary analyst and platform subject matter expert for the Coupa platform.
  • Manage platform updates and new feature rollouts in coordination with Coupa and IT.
  • Configure and maintain key Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, Sourcing).
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and approval workflows to align with business needs.
Integration & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless integration with ERP and other platforms.
  • Support accurate data exchange and alignment across systems and teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to tailor system functionality to procurement strategy.
  • Participate in testing and validation during integration projects or system upgrades.
Reporting, Compliance & Data Quality
  • Maintain supplier enablement system data for accuracy, compliance, and performance.
  • Maintain supplier enablement and catalog management processes.
  • Generate compliance and usage reports to support policy enforcement.
Training, Support & Continuous Improvement
  • Provide user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Develop training materials and deliver sessions to promote platform adoption.
  • Identify and implement system improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Collect user feedback to inform platform enhancements and improve the user experience.
Skills and experience we value
  • 4–6 years of experience supporting or administering Coupa or similar Procure-to-Pay platforms (e.g., Ariba, SAP, Oracle Cloud)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes (P2P, sourcing, invoicing, expenses)
  • Experience in user support, troubleshooting, and system configuration
  • Familiarity with data integration concepts and tools (ERP integration a plus)
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Project coordination and change management experience preferred
  • ERP integration is a plus
  • Experience with ERP integration (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) preferred

  • Hands-on Coupa administration: supplier onboarding, approval flows, policy setup
  • Strong grasp of P2P systems, supplier networks, and compliance requirements
  • Experience integrating Coupa with ERP and financial systems
  • Skilled in procurement data management and reporting best practices
  • Working knowledge of Coupa Admin tools such as Smart Forms, Business Spend Index, or Community Intelligence is a plus
  • Experience using AI-driven tools within procurement or Coupa (e.g., contract analysis, supplier risk insights, data classification)
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and implement AI features to enhance automation, data quality, and operational efficiency
  • Comfortable experimenting with and adapting to evolving AI capabilities in business systems
