About the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on and experienced Site Superintendent to manage daily on-site operations of residential construction projects. You’ll be responsible for maintaining schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor coordination on high-end custom builds or low-rise developments throughout the GTA.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day site operations from ground-breaking to handoverSupervise subcontractors and trades to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to high standardsCoordinate site logistics, inspections, and deliveriesEnforce safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sitesCommunicate effectively with the Project Manager, consultants, and clientsMonitor progress and troubleshoot issues to keep the project on trackMaintain accurate site reports and logsQualifications5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in residential constructionStrong technical understanding of all stages of residential buildsExcellent knowledge of OBC, site safety regulations, and quality controlAbility to read blueprints and manage schedules and resourcesStrong leadership and communication skillsHealth & Safety certifications (e.g., Working at Heights, First Aid) required
