Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Duration: 6 MonthsSalary Range: C$53 INCIntroductionWe are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and solution architecture. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, and CI/CD automation using Salesforce DX. This role requires strong technical leadership, the ability to guide developers, and a proven track record of building scalable, optimized Salesforce solutions integrated with multiple external systems.Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of experience in Salesforce development and technical design.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce DX CI/CD toolset.
  • Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience in leading Salesforce development activities with a minimum of 8 years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • 3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation experience.
  • Working knowledge of Tibco to collaborate with Tibco teams and resolve integration issues.
  • Working knowledge of MuleSoft to support and resolve API/integration-related issues with MuleSoft teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead Salesforce development activities and utilize Git-based version control for collaborative development and release management.
  • Work with Salesforce DX and CI/CD toolsets for automated deployments and development workflows.
  • Develop and enhance solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Integrate Salesforce with multiple external systems, ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior and intermediate developers, and provide guidance for complex technical problems.
  • Collaborate closely with Tech Leads, Architects, and business stakeholders to support solution design, trade-off decisions, and technical feasibility.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor during grooming sessions, solution design discussions, and delivery cycles.
  • Work on solution optimization, performance improvements, and scalability enhancements.
  • Manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
