UAT Lead

• Previous SAP Test Lead or UAT Lead experience on SAP ERP implementations (IS U, S/4HANA, ECC, or comparable).
• Expert knowledge of end-to-end SAP testing cycles, including SIT, UAT, regression, defect management, and best test practices.
• Ability to be onsite if required to assist business teams. Location: Gatineau, Quebec.
• Strong instructional skills to guide users new to SAP.
• Hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” approach with high ownership.
• Excellent facilitation, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to drive clarity and close open items.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

• Foundation understanding of SAP IS U solution and its integrated nature, with exposure to core modules such as Billing, FICA, Device Management, and CRM.
• Bilingual (French/English) – strong asset for business support and communication.

• Develop and maintain the UAT execution plan, schedule, tester assignment, and logistics.
• Coordinate all UAT activities with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and PMO.
• Ensure clear definition of scope, business process coverage, and prioritization of test scenarios.
• Educate business testers who are new to SAP, including training on test terminology, concepts, and execution process.
• Run daily UAT standups, progress reviews, and issue management checkpoints.
• Act as the primary interface between business testers and the technology teams.
• Provide daily and weekly progress updates to the Project Manager and business lead.
