
BA- Business Analyst - Strategy and Enablement

- Translate data and insights into clear and compelling presentations, reports and briefing materials for Executive-level audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales & Business Development and Business Intelligence & Transformation to deliver high-quality monthly and quarterly enterprise reporting deliverables.
- Support the planning and execution of the annual strategic planning cycle, executive meeting rhythms, and other high-impact planning sessions.
- Build tools and templates to enable senior teams across the organization to make informed decisions, translate strategy into annual operating plans, and more.
- Conduct research and analysis on internal performance trends and external market dynamics to identify strategic risks and opportunities and inform executive decision-making.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, strategy, or a similar role within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Health Administration, Sciences, or related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to work through ambiguity and distill complex information into actionable insights.
- Comfortable working with numbers, interpreting financial statements, and building models in Excel.
- Skilled in building high-quality PowerPoint presentations tailored to senior audiences.
- Experience contributing to strategic planning, driving follow-through, and building business cases to support executive decision-making would be a strong asset.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
