We’re looking for a driven and curious Business Analyst to join our Strategy & Enablement team. Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Enablement, this role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with Lifemark’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and cross-functional leaders across our Central Support Centre to help shape the future of our business and the care we deliver.You’ll play a key role in turning insights into action – conducting analyses, building executive-level presentations, and supporting enterprise reporting and strategic planning.   • Translate data and insights into clear and compelling presentations, reports and briefing materials for Executive-level audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales & Business Development and Business Intelligence & Transformation to deliver high-quality monthly and quarterly enterprise reporting deliverables.
  • Support the planning and execution of the annual strategic planning cycle, executive meeting rhythms, and other high-impact planning sessions.
  • Build tools and templates to enable senior teams across the organization to make informed decisions, translate strategy into annual operating plans, and more.
  • Conduct research and analysis on internal performance trends and external market dynamics to identify strategic risks and opportunities and inform executive decision-making.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, strategy, or a similar role within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Health Administration, Sciences, or related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to work through ambiguity and distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, interpreting financial statements, and building models in Excel.
  • Skilled in building high-quality PowerPoint presentations tailored to senior audiences.
  • Experience contributing to strategic planning, driving follow-through, and building business cases to support executive decision-making would be a strong asset.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and resourceful team player, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
