- The target salary range for this position is $75,650 to $79,655 per year based on experience and an annual variable bonus structure. We offer a clear path for career advancement with wage increases along the way.

- Team Development: Take the helm as you guide and mentor a team of Front Counter, Tire Technicians, Journeypersons, Apprentices, and more.

- A valid Driver’s License.
- A high school diploma/ GED equivalent and some management training. (preferred)
- Managerial Experience: Possess at least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred).
- Exhibit strong communication skills and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to manage digital documents and basic spreadsheets effectively.
- Previous experience in an automotive shop environment whether in a customer service, technician, or administrative capacity is considered a strong asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Embrace a safety-first mindset, adhering to protocols and wearing required PPE.
