Position: Full Time Permanent Facilities Maintenance Worker
Posting Closing Date: September 8, 2025We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Worker to join our agency’s property management team to provide service to our Pilot Butte campus. As a member of a service-oriented crew, the Facilities Maintenance Worker will be responsible to perform general maintenance of the buildings, grounds and equipment as assigned. Duties will include general commercial and household related emergency or preventative maintenance, landscaping, yard maintenance and snow removal. The successful candidate will be required to safely operate power motorized equipment, construction tools and equipment must be able to climb ladders, work in confined spaces and lift or carry objects.To qualify for this position candidates must have:
- Working level knowledge of building and ground maintenance and operations
- Good physical condition to perform a variety of manual activities.
- Valid class 5 experience driver's license with a good driving record
- WHMIS.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
