Subaru of Orillia, part of the Plaza Auto group, is looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist/ Administrator to join the team.In this key role, you will be the first point of contact with customers in person and by telephone and must represent the dealership in a professional and friendly manner at all times.Qualifications:Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.Ability to work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced environment.Organization, Multi-Tasking Skills, and attention to detail.Customer-friendly attitude when greeting customers.Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and Google Suite.Previous reception experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.PBS Experience is an asset.Previous Dealership experience is an AssetHigh school diploma or equivalent.Essential Duties:(Includes the following; other duties may be assigned.)Operating a multi-line telephone system to transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate individual/department courteously and professionally.Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate person/departmentStocking in vehicles, assigning stock numbers, updating registers, creating dockets, and posting into PBS as directed.Licensing of new and pre-owned vehiclesMaintaining a professional appearance and a neat work and waiting area.Qualifications: - Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of dealership procedures is a plus - Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software for scheduling and documentation - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Friendly and professional demeanorNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
