We're committed to more than just working together and strive to help each employee reach their career goals.POSITION: Maintenance Sales RepresentativePAY: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 - Uncapped commission / earning potential!WORK HOURS: Full-Time, Monday through FridayWHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Identify, approach, and secure new clients for maintenance contracts.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to ensure contract renewals and referrals.
  • Develop maintenance plans that align with the client's specific HVAC or mechanical system needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets while maintaining profitability.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer demands to refine sales strategies.
