- Operate single and double blade forklifts to transport, load, and unload pallets.
- Load pallets onto trucks, trailers, and containers safely and efficiently.
- Move, stack, and store pallets in designated warehouse areas.
- Prepare pallets for shipment according to daily schedules.
- Verify outbound shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform minor maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards to management.
- Work overtime, weekends, and shifts as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience operating both single and double blade forklifts (required).
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Warehouse environment subject to seasonal temperature changes.
- Exposure to dust, noise (hearing protection provided), and heavy equipment traffic.
- Regular lifting up to 75 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
- Frequent bending, squatting, stooping, and reaching.
- Continuous standing and walking for 8–10 hours per shift.
- Ability to read labels, recognize hazards, and respond to alarms and verbal instructions in a noisy environment.
