- Drive major internal communication and campaign projects from strategy through execution, working collaboratively with Marketing to ensure alignment across global audiences.
- Develop, write, edit, and publish high-quality, original content tailored to key stakeholders, including employees, external stakeholders, the community).
- Create and distribute internal communications and develop engaging content for the corporate intranet.
- Produce a variety of communication materials, including presentations, internal video messaging, articles, recognition content, and organizational announcements-often for translation into multiple languages.
- Support Marketing with content development for external channels (e.g., website, social media) and maintain consistent brand voice and tone.
- Ensure message alignment and support brand governance, working closely with the Marketing team to elevate the company's communications presence.
- Manage Enerflex's crisis communications framework, including preparedness, guidance, and content support during critical events.
- Provide strategic counsel on communication planning, employee engagement, and change management initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or a similar combination of experience and education
- 15+ years of progressive experience in communications, public relations, or an equivalent discipline.
- Deep knowledge of communication, public relations, and marketing principles and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, with demonstrated editorial excellence.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Demonstrated ability to support and influence strategic communications for critical business initiatives.
- A self-starter with strong leadership, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation skills, enabling confident interaction with leadership and project teams.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with a flexible and pragmatic approach to working both collaboratively and independently.
- A curious, strategic thinker with outstanding storytelling skills and experience developing communication plans, toolkits, presentations, and other corporate materials.
- Success in this role relies on a strong, collaborative relationship with the Marketing team, ensuring communications activities move forward with shared clarity, consistency, and impact.
