Plan, structure, and coordinate digital transformation and process-improvement projects.
Define objectives, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs.
Ensure rigorous tracking of project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable plans.
Collaborate closely with IT teams, operations, and internal stakeholders.
Lead workshops, prepare materials, and facilitate follow-up meetings.
Communicate proactively and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Contribute to documentation, standardization, and project governance improvements.
Support continuous improvement and the adoption of new technologies, including automation and AI.

How to thrive in this role?

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
5 to 8 years of relevant project management experience, ideally in digital transformation or process optimization.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and complex project-structuring skills.
Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or traditional).
Proficiency with project tracking tools, dashboards, and performance indicators.
Strong interest in digital technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
