Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs
  • Design, configure and document SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules (Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0) based on business requirements
  • Assist in developing functional specification for any required Talent Acquisition developments
  • Assisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience
  • Assisting in application support, system testing and training of end users
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solveExperience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules (Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0) projectsAn interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you workA demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectivesProven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules (Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0) configuration experienceExperience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modulesExperience leading client workshops with the ability to interpret business requirements / problems and provide clear recommendationsAble to collaborate and communicate with clients using interpersonal skills in a team settingStrong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and ProjectWorking with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 4 full cycle implementations)Creation of documentation and training materials and knowledge transfer to clients and training of super usersCertifications: Recruiting and/or Onboarding 2.0 Associate or ProfessionalWhen applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French is required. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
