- Ensure the Regional Sales Strategy represents the full One Philips product portfolio including services
- Manage and drive funnel growth and forecast accuracy across all product lines and Coach Account Managers in executing their business and hold them accountable for their results. Participate in customer meetings to closure
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales team members through regular feedback, performance reviews, and personalized development plans and identify high-potential talent and support career growth through structured coaching, training, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development and lead by example in sales execution and customer engagement, reinforcing best practices and driving team accountability.
- You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in industry or sales experience involving complex bundled deals
- Your skills include 5+ years of sales management experience in an environment involving complex bundled deals
- You have a BS/BA in Business, Engineering, Associates,
- You have Consistent and successful sales track record & results: over quota performance, forecast accuracy, balanced portfolio, and competitive wins
