- Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.98 / hour
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time
- Under the guidance of the Vail Resort Wellness Manager and Wellness Navigator Supervisor, responsible for executing and supporting the Vail Resorts wellness strategy in employee housing for current and future success
- Deliver standardized wellness programs across the Resort(s) ensuring aligned with enterprise-wide strategy
- Elevate experience for residents/employees and housing staff through community-building events, while driving the seasonal Employee Value Proposition
- Create a safe, fun and diverse housing culture that helps provide employees an experience of a lifetime
- Help residents navigate transitions and offer resources around mental / physical wellness
- Create, manage and track resident support cases
- Partner internally with Employee Relations, Wellness Supervisor, HRBP and Housing and externally through community resources to help employee best navigate concerns and challenges
- Assist in creating and managing external relationships with community partners, mental health resources and law enforcement
- May be required to assist other departments as necessary inside and outside of Employee Housing.
- Other duties as assigned
- University/College Degree Preferred
- Experience with high risk & vulnerable populations preferred
- Experience with mediation and conflict resolution preferred
- Experience working with people with mental health challenges preferred
- Experience in event execution preferred
- Valid Driver's license
- Proficient computer skills
- English strong written and verbal required
- French preferable (Canada)
