  • B.Sc.PT or MSc PT
  • Licensed with the College of Physiotherapy
  • Minimum of one year experience working in a post-acute hospital setting
  • experience in stroke, neuro, or complex rehab
  • GPA an asset
  • NDT training an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to interact effectively with a multi-disciplinary team
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within an interprofessional team (OT, nursing, physicians, SLP, social work, assistants)
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to set patient‑centered, functional goals
  • Experience with discharge planning and caregiver education
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
