- Serve as the main point of contact for carriers and suppliers; manage shipment scheduling and updates to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Track transportation milestones using TMS tools and proactively address delays, service exceptions, or compliance issues.
- Collaborate with accounting to resolve billing discrepancies and support report preparation for internal and client use.
- Assist Account Managers in launching and maintaining customer accounts, including escalated issue resolution and implementation of custom requirements.
- Work closely with dispatch, compliance, and billing teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Fast-paced logistics and transportation setting
- Primarily office-based with potential for hybrid/remote work (based on company policy)
- Requires high attention to detail, multitasking, and frequent cross-departmental communication
- Technology-driven environment utilizing Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and communication platforms
- HS Diploma or GED
- Bachelors Degree Preferred - Not Required
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain preferred
- Experience using a TMS platform
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish preferred) are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.
- Strong customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently, with sound judgment under pressure.
- Base salary of $60,000 CAD, plus commission structure based on account performance.
- Accrue up to five days PTO in first year. Two-weeks vacation, plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary.
