Staff Plus is currently seeking a Printing Press Operator to join our client’s growing custom printing and production team in Vaughan, ON. In this role, you will play a key role in day-to-day operations, ensuring that all printed materials are produced accurately and meet the highest quality standards.Shift: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMResponsibilities

Operate and maintain a Heidelberg 4 Colour Press with precision and consistency.
Make plates using Heidelberg plate equipment.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance after each production run.
Manage customer orders from intake to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely production.
Oversee shipping and receiving activities.
Handle inventory purchasing for production materials.
Support general production and administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Proven experience operating a Heidelberg 4 Colour Press.
Strong understanding of paper types, including grain direction and GSM.
Experience with prepress and plate making.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
High School Diploma or equivalent experience is preferred.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work full time hours as required by this position
