- Assist customers with inquiries, providing clear and helpful information about products, services, and sales opportunities.
- Provide professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service and maintain friendly, helpful demeanor.
- Attend daily meetings with fellow Entry Level Customer Service Team Members to collaborate on goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while aligning with sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and in a manner that will retain and promote customer loyalty.
- Attend daily team campaign meetings to set goals, collaborating with the sales team.
- Directly market and sell products and services to qualified customers in a face-to-face environment.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain products and services and effectively drive sales.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help others.
- Strong problem solving abilities, ensuring customer issues are addressed accurately and efficiently, while contributing to overall sales goals.
- Our Entry level Customer Service Team Member must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the needs of the client.
