- Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Perform Gosu development, including enhancements, customizations, and defect resolution.
- Configure and implement ClaimCenter features to meet business requirements.
- Integrate ClaimCenter with external and internal systems using appropriate integration patterns.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, and production activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members when required.
- Proven experience working with Guidewire ClaimCenter (preferably in a senior developer role).
- Strong proficiency in Gosu programming language.
- In-depth understanding of insurance claims processes.
- Experience with system integrations, including web services (REST/SOAP) and messaging frameworks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in a French-speaking work environment (spoken and/or written proficiency required).
- Experience with Guidewire suite is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with cloud-based deployments and modern DevOps practices.
- Prior experience in large-scale insurance or financial services projects.
