Location: Toronto, OntarioWhat you will be doing:Lead and facilitate stakeholder discussions, requirements gathering sessions, and story mapping activitiesOwn the development and validation of business analysis artifacts (user stories, requirements, process models, etc.)Provide leadership and guidance across initiatives, including supporting and mentoring other BAs where applicableDrive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, coordination, and oversight of testing cyclesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (business, technology, vendors) to ensure accurate translation of requirements into solutionsIdentify risks, dependencies, and gaps, and support mitigation planningSupport implementation, operational readiness, and post-launch activitiesContribute to change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processesWhat you must have:5+ years of business analysis experience in complex, enterprise environmentsProven ability to lead stakeholder engagements and facilitate requirements discussions independentlyStrong experience delivering in Agile or hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) environmentsHands-on experience leading or owning UAT activitiesDemonstrated ability to work in ambiguous environments and drive clarityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholdersSalary/Rate Range: $85,000.00 – $110,000.00Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
