Overview:The TD Coliseum Box Office is looking to add to our ticket office event day staff. We are looking for friendly, motivated individuals to work the ticket sales windows at the Box Office on event days. As a Box Office Attenfant, you will assist all patrons on event day with purchasing tickets at walk up and troubleshooting potential ticket issues they may have.This role pays an hourly rate of $17.61-$17.75 CADBenefits for Part-Time roles: Pension matchingThis position will remain open until November 7, 2025. Responsibilities:
  • Use a computerized ticketing system for walk up ticket sales on event day.
  • Accurately process payments for tickets while following all proper box office selling and payment procedures.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and tactfully resolve ticketing issues with the general public.
  • Assist general public with accessing, transferring and accepting tickets via mobile ticketing prior to entering TD Coliseum.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Previous retail and/or customer service experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with transactions on a POS system
  • Engaging, enthusiastic, and able to keep that same composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Punctual and reliable attendance
