The Enterprise Content Management Directorate is tasked with managing, evolving, and operating electronic document management platforms for the entire client organization. These platforms cover the complete lifecycle of digital documents, from creation to destruction. We manage approximately fifteen IT assets critical to operations (24/7), collaborate with five software vendors, and execute over 200 projects annually in support of priority initiatives and various business sectors.As a Project Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the execution of "requester-pays" projects—specifically, over 150 annual projects originating from the five business sectors. These projects, which are both varied and complex, primarily involve Document Vaults (Documentum, InfoArchive).In this role, you will take full ownership of client needs—ranging from scope assessment to resource planning—while ensuring the optimization of team capacity and resource allocation. You will also be responsible for managing follow-ups and escalations, controlling budgets—totaling approximately $5 million annually across multiple project codes—as well as ensuring the quality of deliverables and the engagement of project contributors. The diversity, complexity, and volume of these projects make this a stimulating challenge, offering unique exposure to client' major strategic initiatives across all business sectors.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan deliverables for the application and technology streams—including project cost estimation—taking into account associated challenges, complexity, stakeholders, and interdependencies among the Directorate’s various products.
  • Proactively manage human resource capacity based on incoming projects to ensure that the necessary skills are available at the right time.
  • Oversee project financial management by supervising resource allocations, tracking budgets, and ensuring that each resource is appropriately funded.
  • Supervise and coordinate the teams involved in delivering the application and technology streams, ensuring high performance, quality control of work, and the definition of applicable standards, methods, and procedures.
  • Coordinate all deliverables in compliance with agreements, budgets, and timelines, resolving issues and removing roadblocks while ensuring an optimal client experience.
  • Anticipate and manage escalations by proactively communicating progress and issues to managers during monthly governance meetings.
RequirementsDESIRED PROFILE
  • A minimum of six years of experience in IT project management.
  • Excellent client service mindset, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional communicator, capable of simplifying complex concepts and mobilizing stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of complex technologies and systems, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
  • Advanced proficiency with office productivity tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • Experience within the client Movement is considered an asset.
