- To be Completely Comfortable selling Luxury Products and Services
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Advisor
- Greet customers as they come in for service in a friendly and professional manner
- Review history & current vehicle data to promote required service & recommendations, including monthly specials
- Accurately document client concerns, initial costs and contact information on the repair order
- Keep clients updated with vehicle status
- Accurately report diagnostics and estimates to the customer
- Document approved repairs and update promise times
- Review all written notes and charges on the invoice once repairs are completed and prior to billing
- Review and ensure all open RO's are closed as quickly as possible
- Perform other duties related to skills and experience as required by management
