Senior Project Manager – ICI ConstructionSalary: $120,000 – $160,000We are representing a family-owned and operated ICI construction company with deep expertise in corporate interior projects. With a staff of 15+, the company has built a strong reputation delivering interior corporate office spaces, additions, and renovations across the GTA and is now expanding into ground-up ICI and flex industrial projects.As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects end-to-end, with a strong emphasis on interior corporate construction. You will also have the opportunity to support the company’s growth into new-build projects while mentoring junior team members and ensuring client satisfaction.Responsibilities:Lead all aspects of ICI projects, including corporate interiors, additions, and new-build.Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, and tendering processes.Act as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, and site teams.Provide leadership and mentorship to project coordinators and junior staff.Ensure quality control and deliver projects that exceed client expectations.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in ICI construction, with a strong focus on corporate interiors.Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar projects.Experience with new-build or flex industrial projects is an asset.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
