- Assist debtors and creditors, both in person and virtually, as it relates to bankruptcies and proposals
- Perform BIA Counselling covering topics including budgeting & credit rebuilding
- Review files/documents for review with client to ensure compliance with duties under their insolvency filing
- Community outreach, business development and presentations

- Successful completion of CAIRP Practical course on Insolvency Counseling
- Two or more years of relevant work experience in an Insolvency or Credit Counseling or other relevant areas
- Great interpersonal skills to deal with team members, debtors, and creditors
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills to respond to different situations
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Takes personal ownership and responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A team player who can also work independently
