Whether it’s over the phone or through email, you’ll handle client inquiries and educate clients on their auto insurance needs.This is your opportunity to become part of an industry leading team today!Requirements
  • Level 1 General Insurance License
  • 6+ months of previous insurance experience
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
A Day in the Life
  • Be a part of the team that services over 100,000 auto clients within the Greater Vancouver region.
  • You’ll be taking inbound and outbound calls from our Client Service Centre located in Burnaby.
  • Whether it’s over the phone, through email or even our text messaging program, you’ll handle client inquiries and educate clients on their auto insurance needs.
  • Our hours of operations are Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm, Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 9a to 5pm. Closed Sundays.
