- Review and process disbursements for vendor and employee reimbursements, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
- Meet or exceed departmental service levels for accounts payable expense disbursements, managing fluctuating volumes and urgent items.
- Maintain high customer service levels when communicating with internal and external contacts.
- Keep current on all departmental processes and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Prepare wire transfer forms and participate actively in meetings for the Accounts Payable department.
- Previous accounts payable and data entry experience is required.
- Basic accounting and tax experience is an asset.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office (O365) - Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to analyze and problem-solve effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high attention to quality of work.
