The Opportunity:ML6 is thrilled to support one of our favourite General Contractors, in their search for a seasoned Project Manager to add to their team in Waterloo, ON.What You'll Be Doing:

Meetings (scheduling, documentation, execution)
Clerical Responsibilities
Scheduling
Progress Billing
WSIB / MOL
Costing
Purchasing
Contract Responsibilities
Subtrade Contracts

What You'll Need To Be Successful:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related industry experience preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the ICI construction sector, with a focus on Ontario projects. Additional expertise with Industrial (ie water/wastewater) projects considered a strong asset.
Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code, regulations, and construction standards.
Proficiency with common Project Management software and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Professional certifications are an asset.

Compensation Range: $110,000 - $130,000
