Receiving & Final Inspection

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Conduct receiving and final inspections on machined components using manual tools, gauges, and fixtures.
• Verify incoming materials and finished parts meet technical specifications.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and 3D models to confirm dimensional accuracy.
• Review material certificates and test reports for compliance.
• Validate certificates of conformance from vendors.
• Identify and segregate non-conforming materials.
• Document and assist with Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as directed.
• Complete First Article Inspection reports as required.
• Follow the Quality Management System (QMS) and company procedures.

• Minimum 5 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing.
• Training or certification in mechanical inspection, quality control, or related fields is an asset.
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 standards.
• Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets, word processing, and ERP systems.
• Experience in aerospace or precision machining is preferred.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
