We are seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst (Tech BSA) to lead an Angular to React.js migration for a Java-based banking application. This role requires a strong combination of frontend migration expertise, solid Java backend understanding, and deep banking domain knowledge.
The Tech BSA will serve as the primary customer-facing Single Point of Contact (SPOC), lead requirements and design discussions, and create high-quality, detailed user stories to enable smooth Agile delivery while minimizing business impact during the migration.Key Responsibilities
Angular to React Migration Ownership
Own the end-to-end migration of UI components from Angular to React.js.
Analyze existing Angular components, modules, and shared libraries to document:
Functional behavior
UI flows and dependencies
State management and validations
Collaborate with architects and developers to define:
Migration strategy
Phasing and dependencies
Risk mitigation approach
Java Backend Alignment
Partner closely with Java backend teams to understand:
Spring Boot microservices APIs
Data models and business logic
Integration touchpoints and performance considerations
Ensure frontend changes remain fully aligned with Java-based services and contracts.
Support impact analysis for backend changes resulting from the frontend migration.
Customer Ownership & Stakeholder Management
Act as the single point of contact for all customer discussions related to requirements, migration scope, risks, and timelines.
Lead customer workshops, functional walkthroughs, and design discussions.
Proactively manage dependencies and expectations across business and IT stakeholders.
Present updates in governance forums, including progress, risks, and key decisions.Primary Skill: Digital : ReactJS E1||Banking and Financial Technology E2||Application Migration E2Experience: 6-8 years
