- Review and analyze claims loss ratio reports for annual group benefits renewals and negotiate renewal rates directly with Carrier Partners
- Recommend plan design changes, where appropriate
- Prepare the renewal reports for client presentation by Advisor
- Prepare semi-annual experience reports for clients
- Market new group benefit plans or remarket existing group plans, preparing necessary documentation for the proposal process and submit request to quote to insurers
- Analyse proposals received and prepare comprehensive Marketing Report for prospect/client’s review with Advisor
- Work with insurer and client to implement Groups, ensuring seamless onboarding experience for client and its members
- Assist clients with queries pertaining to claims, new enrolments, terminations, etc.
- Maintain strong relationship with all stakeholders
- Post-Secondary Education
- Minimum 3 years of related industry experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Works well independently and closely with Advisor and other team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effectively uses and is proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Collaborative work ethic
- Excellent time-management skills and follow-through skills
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and credit check preferred
