- Lead the yearly and quarterly strategy across Social (Owned), Influence, PR, Affiliate, and Brand Activations;
- Act as the owner of brand heat, with primary accountability for brand awareness and engagement as core success metrics;
- Help define and execute Dynamite’s 2026 brand evolution, ensuring a sharper, more magnetic, and culturally relevant point of view;
- Bring high energy and momentum, challenging the status quo while elevating brand standards;
- Lead and develop a team, fostering accountability and creative excellence;
- Own the influence pyramid, creator onboarding, approvals, and paid partnership strategy and negotiations;
- Create monthly brand moments (IRL and digital) designed to drive measurable awareness, engagement, and conversation;
- Build and manage high-level media, creator, agency, and vendor relationships;
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Brand, Creative, Digital, E-commerce, Retail, and Merchandising;
- Oversee budgets, KPIs, and executive reporting, ensuring that creative impact translates into business results.
- 5–10 years of experience in Influence Marketing, ideally with a social or influencer agency background, or within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands;
- Strong knowledge of influence tracking platforms such as Traackr, CreatorIQ, or Dash Hudson (experience is an asset);
- Working knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms such as LTK and ShopMy (experience is an asset);
- A proven people leader with the ability to inspire, challenge, and elevate teams;
- A strategic, culturally fluent thinker with a strong point of view on creators, media, and brand storytelling;
- Comfortable owning outcomes, presenting to executives, and leading through ambiguity.
