Adecco is actively seeking a skilled Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical scopes on construction projects in Red Deer, AB. This full-time, field-focused role (85% on-site) is responsible for leading project execution, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting scheduling, coordination, and team leadership across multiple builds.Pay Rate: $130k/year.Location: Red Deer, ABJob type: Permanent | Full-timeResponsibilities:Lead and manage electrical systems scope of work across one or multiple projects.Deliver value engineering and technical analysis on all electrical systems.Develop and update construction work plans and schedules.Spend approximately 85% of time in the field, supporting coordination, inspections, and quality control.Collaborate with the Senior Project Leader, PMs, and Coordinators to meet project drivers (budget, schedule, safety, client satisfaction).Ensure full compliance with company safety programs and applicable legislation.Support preconstruction planning and field logistics.Implement LEED and Last Planner strategies to drive project efficiency.Maintain strong communication with internal departments and external stakeholders.Provide QA/QC oversight and assist in the final handover process.Lead the on-site workforce, supporting recruitment, development, and performance reviews.Participate in forecasting, month-end reviews, and field trade meetings.Requirements:Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.5+ years of field leadership in construction (electrical focus mandatory)Journeyman electrical trade certificate or relevant post-secondary educationStrong working knowledge of contracts, drawings, specs, and safety standardsValid Class 5 Driver's LicenseLeadership in field operations and labour managementConflict resolution and proactive decision-makingExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skillsHigh attention to detail, planning, and documentationAbility to navigate and solve challenges in dynamic environmentsDon't miss out on this Electrical Superintendent position in Red Deer, AB.
