Administrative Assistant, Consulting Services

- Monitor project timelines against targets, adjust where necessary; advise partners/managers of project status and seek clarification on discrepancies where applicable
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical office support activities for multiple partners while ensuring timely deadlines and deliverables are met. This may include but is not limited to:
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, appointments and events;
- Manage and coordinate multiple complex calendars;
- Assist in the creation of presentations and various documents;
- Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations;
- Prepare expense reports.
- Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry through experiential learning with clients
- Support the design, development, formatting and proof reading of high-quality reports, proposals and correspondence
- Participate in the billing process for our clients
- Coordinate engagement logistics with clients and other stakeholders consistent with engagement plans
- Related post-secondary education in administration is an asset
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Previous experience working in a professional services firm is an asset
- Strong client service orientation when working with both external and internal clients
- Excellent proficiency with the MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, as well as artificial intelligence tools
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
- Bilingual (French and English), with excellent written and oral communication skills in French.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrated discretion and a strong sense of initiative
