
Shop Administrative and Parts Coordinator

- Provide administrative and support to shop staff including data entry, inventory management, organization, and procurement of parts
- Assist with the washing and shuttling of buses to and from service locations as needed to meet operational demands
- Respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner and coordinate between drivers, shop and office staff as necessary
- Liaise with other departments for accurate information related to training, scheduling, and time entry
- Effectively communicate any service changes to the Operations team and external clients
- Assist Operations with any ad-hoc projects that may arise for internal and external reporting or analysis
- Awareness of and participate in improving the Company’s KPI’s
- Completion of a college program in Office or Business Administration and/or a minimum of 1 year of related work experience is an asset
- Valid driver's license
- Capable of lifting minimum 30 lbs
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and the ability to learn internal software applications
- Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality and must be fully aware of the sensitivity of the position and act upon it accordingly
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve while maintaining flexibility
- Ability to maintain composure and excellent customer service in a fast paced and deadline-based environment
