- Lead front-end planning, construction, and turnover phases of the project.
- Collaborate with Site Managers and project teams to manage the project schedule.
- Coordinate outside services and monitor the flow of parts to and from service providers and suppliers.
- Prepare progress reports, including the “S” curve, Earned Value, and histograms.
- Provide project cost estimates, cost analysis, and maintain the master schedule.

- Flights provided from the flight hubs (Calgary and Edmonton)
- Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience using Prometheus software
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling and relevant software (MS Projects, Primavera P6).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb organizational skills and ability to apply regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Post-secondary degree in a related technical field or equivalent training and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience in an industrial role
- With up-to-date safety certifications (H2S Alive and CSTS 2020).
