Conduct in-home consultations for HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.)
Perform detailed site assessments to gather data for accurate project estimates
Prepare and present comprehensive quotes, including scope, timelines, pricing, and financing options
Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with the HVAC Renovations Manager and technicians for seamless project delivery
Track and report on sales activities, conversion rates, and revenue targets
Stay informed on industry standards, local codes, and product developments
Requirements:
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, renovation practices, and installation procedures
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sales experience in a technical or home improvement environment is highly desirable
