
Parts Advisor

- Provide fast, courteous, and professional service by taking and processing parts orders from technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts via telephone, online, and at the counter
- Assist with parts inquiries, proactively solicit orders, and provide accurate pricing and availability
- Prepare purchase orders for parts and sublet work from outside vendors, obtaining management approval when required
- Maintain accurate records of all special-order parts and promptly notify the appropriate team members upon receipt
- Manage customer back-orders and ensure special-order inventory is stored in a clean and organized manner
- Ensure warranty parts are properly tagged, stored, and processed in accordance with claims procedures
- Support regular inventory control processes, including periodic and perpetual counts
- Minimum 2 years of Parts Counter experience
- Ability to work effectively while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred
