- Draft, proofread, and format varying correspondence, reports, agreements, legal documents, and presentations.
- Maintain electronic files by entering data into various computer systems.
- Organize meetings by assisting with scheduling, catering, and technical support.
- Manage emails, calendars, files, and databases.
- Review and transcribe dictation produced by a speech recognition software for accuracy and edit subscriptions as required.
- Organize travel arrangements and prepare and process expense claims.
- Perform other administrative duties and responsibilities as required.
- Administrative assistant or business diploma;
- Minimum of five years of administrative support experience;
- Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered;
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills;
- Grammatically inclined and experienced in proofreading corporate documents;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, specifically Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams; and
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience providing legal administrative support would be an asset.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $93,000The physical and psychological safety of our employees is a top priority at Cameco.
