We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Barrie. This position plays a key role in order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and yard environment. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team-based setting.Location: Barrie, ON
Wage: Starting at $48,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. startKey Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Receive incoming shipments, including unloading, inspection, documentation, and proper stocking of materials
  • Process product returns and warranties while maintaining accurate and organized records
  • Perform regular inventory tasks such as cycle counts and down-stocking to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including indoor and outdoor forklifts
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and complete required safety and equipment checklists
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and yard through scheduled housekeeping activities
  • Support shipping and receiving functions as required
  • Complete additional warehouse or operational duties as assigned by supervisory team
  • Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and operational standards
Qualifications and Skills
  • 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Valid G-class driver’s license
  • Valid forklift certification with demonstrated safe operating experience
  • Comfortable using computers and warehouse systems; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently when required
  • Physically capable of lifting, moving materials, and performing general warehouse duties
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
