Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. startKey Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Receive incoming shipments, including unloading, inspection, documentation, and proper stocking of materials
- Process product returns and warranties while maintaining accurate and organized records
- Perform regular inventory tasks such as cycle counts and down-stocking to ensure inventory accuracy
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including indoor and outdoor forklifts
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and complete required safety and equipment checklists
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and yard through scheduled housekeeping activities
- Support shipping and receiving functions as required
- Complete additional warehouse or operational duties as assigned by supervisory team
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and operational standards
- 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Valid G-class driver’s license
- Valid forklift certification with demonstrated safe operating experience
- Comfortable using computers and warehouse systems; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently when required
- Physically capable of lifting, moving materials, and performing general warehouse duties
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Warehouse and yard setting
- Exposure to material handling equipment and varying weather conditions
- Regular physical activity including standing, lifting, and walking
