- a teaching dossier which includes: (1) a statement of teaching philosophy, (2) a list of university courses taught previously and/or instructional experiences, (3) course outlines from prior teaching experiences, (4) documentation providing evidence of teaching effectiveness, which may contain but is not restricted to peer and student evaluations of teaching, or evidence of inclusive, accessible, and diverse approaches to teaching, if applicable;
