- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems in a professional and timely manner
- Troubleshoot platform-related issues (login problems, account access, bidding issues, payment errors, etc.)
- Guide customers through system functionality and resolve usability questions
- Escalate technical issues to the appropriate internal teams while clearly documenting findings
- Support the Sales team with administrative tasks including data entry, account updates, follow-ups, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
- Hands-on training and mentorship provided
- Exposure to sales operations and technical support in a growing tech-enabled SaaS business
