- Design and document the end‑to‑end architecture and integration approach.
- Lead development, QA, and DevOps teams across all phases of delivery.
- Translate business needs into actionable, high‑quality technical solutions.
- Provide clear technical guidance to stakeholders, vendors, and executives.
- Oversee deployment planning, production readiness, and post‑launch optimization.
- Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, including APIs, data flows, CSU, pricing/catalog engines, and integrations with CMS or enterprise platforms.
- Practical experience with Sitecore XP/XM or similar CMS, including headless architecture, composable DXP, search integrations, caching, and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of cloud and integration technologies such as REST APIs, OAuth/SSO, Azure services, microservices/event‑driven design, and CI/CD pipelines.
- A track record of leading technical teams (development, QA, DevOps) and delivering complex digital commerce or large-scale platform implementations in Agile/Scrum.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to guide both technical and business stakeholders through decisions, risks, and solution trade‑offs.
- Experience supporting production readiness, monitoring, and post‑launch stabilization for enterprise platforms.
