Position vacancy:Previous director moved to a new role for increased compensation.Geographic Scope:Primary focus is Manitoba, but it is possible that there may be relevant candidates in NW Ontario and Saskatchewan.Note: In office role, with occasional work-from-home flexibility upon approval by Director.Salary range and benefitsPrevious individual was at $120,000 to $130,000 but the starting point here is $100,000 – negotiable depending on experience.Keith advises that it could need to be $140-$150,000 – the client understood.
Vacation entitlement: Four (4) weeks. Senior Management is not eligible for overtime, so they are provided with five (5) vacation days (which are included in the 4 weeks).
Health Benefits and Pension: Eligible after three (3) months of employment.
Receive paid days off for recognized Indigenous holidays (Indigenous People's Day, National Aboriginal Veteran's Day, etc.) The AMC also closes offices for two weeks during Christmas holidays in December.
