Your Contribution:Your main responsibilitiesPlan, assign, coordinate, and supervise Civil Operations work and ensure project compliance with quality standards and regulations.Ensure service efficiency with a focus on quality, client satisfaction, resource utilization, and project profitability.Maintain and strengthen client relationships, represent the company in client and internal meetings, and oversee client satisfaction.Provide leadership, technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members, including managing performance reviews and career development.Support proposal development, track opportunities, and contribute to securing new work.Participate actively in team and operations meetings and communicate company and business unit objectives.Analyze project planning needs and optimize resources across the operation.Visit construction sites as required (limited travel expected)Support budgeting activities, including revenue, staffing, and team financial performance.Participate in recruitment, team growth, and approval of time, expenses, and vacation.Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules.What makes you unique

Minimum of 8 years of experience in business management, project management, or business development.
University degree in Engineering; post‑graduate degree considered an asset.
Experience working in consulting engineering.
Possession of, or eligibility to obtain, security clearance.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with autonomy and strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; bilingualism is an asset.
