- Update and maintain accurate, engaging, and timely content on the resort’s website.
- Create and optimize landing pages for promotions, packages, and seasonal activities.
- Ensure all web content reflects brand standards, is mobile-friendly, and is optimized for SEO.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives for retail, rentals, sports school, food & beverage outlets, and on-resort activities.
- Collaborate with department leads to gather content, develop promotions, and support seasonal offers.
- Coordinate in-resort signage, menu updates, promotional displays, and collateral production.
- Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns to drive sales and engagement.
- Support paid digital advertising campaigns, including social media ads, Google Ads, and display.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile analytics reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with Revelstoke Mountain Resort’s brand standards and tone of voice.
- Assist in creating visual and written content for digital channels, newsletters, and social media in collaboration with the Social Media Specialist.
- Support photography and videography needs for campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure all creative assets meet brand standards, maintaining consistency in design, typography, colour, and tone of voice across all materials.
- Design marketing collateral including brochures, posters, social media graphics, signage, email templates, presentations, and event materials.
- Assist in planning, building, and deploying email campaigns that align with seasonal promotions, events, and guest communications.
- Support the creation of engaging content, clear calls-to-action, and mobile-friendly designs.
- Maintain the email marketing calendar to ensure timely and coordinated sends.
- Segment customer lists within the CRM to target audiences effectively and maximize engagement.
- Ensure brand voice and visual standards are consistently applied across all email communications.
- Work with the Sales, Events, and Operations teams to promote key products and experiences.
- Assist with project coordination, vendor communication, and production timelines.
- Maintain organized records of marketing assets, promotional calendars, and campaign files.
- Coordinate timelines to ensure assets are delivered on schedule for campaigns, social media, email, and print.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital communications, or related field (hospitality or tourism experience preferred).
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) and email marketing software.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Canva Experience required
- Basic design skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) considered an asset
