You will guide each customer through a seamless service journey all the way from initial consultation to post-service follow-up. You will ensure every interaction reflects the standards of a luxury hospitality environment.Key responsibilities include:· Serving as a trusted brand ambassador, embodying Mercedes-Benz values of integrity, sophistication, and excellence· Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through personalized, attentive service· Conducting professional service consultations and presenting well-informed, confident recommendations· Managing a high-value client portfolio with exceptional attention to detail· Collaborating closely with technicians and internal teams to deliver timely, accurate service· Following up post-service to ensure complete satisfaction and reinforce client loyaltyWhat Sets You ApartWe are looking for more than experience.
